UPS is our standard courier unless otherwise indicated; please advise if you prefer to use an alternative courier. All merchandise is shipped insured. In-stock merchandise is normally expedited within two to three working days upon receipt of order. Please allow 2-8 weeks for back stock orders. We will indicate any back-stock items by separate email correspondence. We will always endeavor to ship to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed are non-cancelable.
Babalumiami.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.

Credit Card Payments: We accept most major credit cards including: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Returns and Exchanges
We'll gladly accept returns or exchanges for products purchased within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Please follow the simple instructions below. Returns or exchange of your item is valid within 7 days of receipt for US customers only. International orders are final sale.
Return-merchandise must be received by Babalu in the same condition in original box packaging in which it was originally shipped to you.
Refund will be given to original purchaser and to the credit card used for purchase only.
NOTE:
• Ensure any claims are returned to us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
• To make your return a simple process, place the unused item in its original condition into the original packaging to return-ship your product.
• Shipping, insurance and customs duties associated with returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the client.
• We regret we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
• Before items are returned, we may require digital images sent to us prior to acceptance of returns so that we may assess reason for return.
Procedures for Returning Merchandise
To insure prompt processing of your return, please follow the shipping instructions below carefully:
1. Email hello@babalumiami.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). An exchange, replacement or refund can only be issued with a RAN. You must reference your order confirmation and full contact details in the event we need to reach you by phone or other means.
2. Securely repack the merchandise in the original shipping box or other packaging that will protect goods from damage during shipping.
3. In large bold print, clearly mark the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on two outside panels of the box.
4. Send your package prepaid and insured to the address given to you when you are given the RAN.
5. We recommend you ship via UPS or insured courier. Always retain your return shipping information and receipt for tracking purposes. Packages must be returned with shipping and any applicable duties and forwarding costs prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment back to us.
6. All merchandise returned must be fully insured by you for the full amount of the value of the goods. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any discrepancy in goods or damage relating to goods while in transit. Do not return if your courier is unable to provide sufficient insurance for all returned merchandise.
It normally take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may likely take approximately seven business days or more to reflect this transaction. Return Authorization Number (RAN) Expiration
A Return Authorization Number is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Please allow 2-8 weeks for exchanges or replacements. On credit card orders, please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement for returned merchandise.
Important:
Any merchandise/package sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact hello@babalumiami.com. We can either credit your babalumiami.com account with online store credit or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
Returning a Gift from our Registry
If you are returning a gift from a registry we will credit your babalumiami.com account with online store credit upon receipt of your return. You may contact hello@babalumiami.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Non-Returnable Items
Undergarments, swimwear, other intimate apparel and product, cosmetics, apothecary and sundry items, food products, perfumes, and jewelry are non-returnable so please make sure you are comfortable with your purchases when ordering.
